K.I.S.H. Magazine Corner Spotlight featuring World-Changer Prophetess Deborah Allen

KISH: Tell us about you?
DA: I am a woman of fierce destiny! I received the Holy Ghost 30 years ago and came into holiness 26 years ago. I’m an Ordained Minister for last 19 years and have worked in ministry about 23 years. I have served for 19 years as Senior Pastor of Lighthouse Apostolic Ministries of God Church  “The House of the Prophets”  I’m also Executive Director of L.A.M. Ministries Inc that formed in 2001. I am empowered by God to bring people out of bondage. God has put healing in my hands like fire. My soul purpose is to be a gate keeper that watch and help Gods people. I’m a warrior and a champion of the Lord. Luke 4:18-19 King James Version (KJV) 18 The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised.

KISH: What is your dream and how will accomplishing your dream benefit you and others?
DA: I have served in ministry for over 2 decades. I want to be a light that shines before people. My goal is to help advance the kingdom of God. Not only that but to serve and meet the needs of our community. For 10 years our childcare center: Little Lights Childcare & Learning Center served families in St. Louis City as well as St. Louis County. We provided childcare to families of all back grounds. I served as Director for the facility and was licensed for 99 children. Our non profit 501 (C)(3) -L.A.M. Ministries Inc. provided free transportation to the children that attended our center. We also provided care at discounted rate to families of low income. Now the vision has been rebirthed. God has brought us out with a renewed vision. Center has been closed now for about 4-5 years. We still provide outreach, feed and provide clothing for the homeless. Also provide these serves to families in need.

KISH: Who or what inspired you to pursue this dream?
DA: Jesus has renewed my vision for ministry. I love being on God’s side! My husband, Bishop Glen Allen Sr., has been my greatest encourager and cheer leader. I thank God for a leader that has groomed me and prepared me for ministry.

KISH: What challenges have you encountered while pursuing your dream?
DA: About 8 years ago we suffered from fraud and due to this reason we no longer have facility that set on over 8 acres, church, rectory, 2 baseball field, concession, convent and school. We did win our case in court and was awarded 4.6 million that we have yet to collect on. Non the less God has blessed us to revise the vision and push forward in him.

KISH: Who or what inspired you to keep pushing regardless of the challenges you’ve encountered?
DA: God is my strength. We are built to survive everything in our lives! We are mighty champions of God. I have been married 21 years and have 6 children. The anointing upon my life is worth the fight. Seeing people be born again is worth the fight. My life is worth raging a fierce battle.

KISH: Please provide final thoughts/advice for others by finishing this sentence… dream.
DA: Never give up on your dreams. Fight to the very end and having to done all to stand. Because you have a setback does not mean your life is over. God breathes renewed strength back into our life and we life again. DREAM AGAIN!!!!

After years of testing God is bringing everything full circle again. God’s hand is upon his people and the sun will shine in our lives. Stand and war on soldier!
