K.I.S.H. Magazine Exclusive Interview featuring Stacey-Ann Davis-Walters!

KISH: TELL US ABOUT YOU
I am the CEO and owner of Christ Couture – an online Christian designer clothing brand for both “believers” and “non-believers”. My innovative designs derived exclusively from a single logo, meaning “Jesus died to save a broken world”. I am a minister of the gospel, a prayer intercessor, and an extraordinary aesthetic visionary. My talents are by no means one dimensional. I am also a makeup artist, esthetician, and cosmetologist and the Co-owner of Millie’z Delights; a Caribbean all-purpose batter mix company.

Along with being purpose-driven and passionate about my visions and aspirations, my family plays a huge part in who I am. Being a wife  to my amazing and supportive husband, and a mother of two unbelievable beautiful and talented daughters is such a rewarding blessing. I love spending time with my extended family, listening to music, traveling,  and meeting innovative people – like me.

Separate but equally important, I have an undeniable passion for helping women who have been sexually abused, abandoned and rejected. I am driven and compelled to see women reach their full potential, their lives transformed, and evolved into the woman of God they are called to be – even when they don’t see i how extraordinary they are within themselves.

KISH:  WHAT IS YOUR DREAM AND HOW WILL ACCOMPLISHING YOUR DREAM BENEFIT YOU AND OTHERS?

Stacey: My Dream is for Christ Couture to become a household name. As previously mentioned, the concept of our clothing brand is based on a unique logo, “Jesus died for a broken World “. The logo is fashionably branded and personalized on all our clothing.  Not only do we represent Christ on the inside, but we also showcase it on the outside. Christ Couture clothing is a great conversation starter that is used to evangelize, pray, empower others and most importantly win broken souls. Christ Couture automatically promote the gospel, all while looking absolutely fabulous. Our goal is to globalize evangelism without compromising inner/outer beauty, and of course all while being fashionable.

KISH: WHO OR WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO PURSUE THIS DREAM?

Stacey: I was inspired to pursue my dreams due to my husband and I both losing our income some years ago. We both became unemployed at the same, trying to figure out our next move. Due to the instability of previous employers, I decided to become an entrepreneur and start a T-shirt line which grew into a full scale clothing brand.

KISH: WHAT CHALLENGES HAVE ENCOUNTERED WHILE PURSUING YOUR DREAM?

Stacey: While pursuing my dream, I have encountered financial challenges and feelings of uncertainty. I was unable to maintain steady employment despite all of my efforts.  Due to the uncertainties of my finances I questioned how and when my vision would fully come to fruition – but I had faith, and here we are now. It is such a blessing .

KISH: WHO OR WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO KEEP PUSHING REGARDLESS OF THE CHALLENGES YOU’VE ENCOUNTERED?

Stacey: Faith, prayer and determination has kept me pushing. I believed that one day my narrative would change and my zeal to persevere and endure to the end would soon pay off. My family is an inspiration as well, because my heart desire is to be able to leave a legacy for them. Also, knowing that I am walking in Gods divine will has kept me going regardless of what I faced because it is God who has given me the vision.

KISH: PLEASE PROVIDE FINAL THOUGHTS/ADVICE FOR OTHERS BY FNISHING THIS SENTENCE…….DREAM

Stacey: Dream often, and dream big because doubt kills more dreams than failure ever will! The people you are inspired by, are often also inspired by you, so continue to dream big and keep going – no matter what obstacles or distractions that try to discourage you during your journey to success.

NEVER GIVE UP ON YOUR DREAM!!!..  IT IS MOLDING YOUR REALITY !
