KISH: Tell us about you..
I was a stay-at-home mom, and one day, I decided that I needed more. I’ve always been an entrepreneur at heart, and sales have always been my thing. Real estate has proven to be such a fulfilling career because I could introduce generational wealth to many families and assist real estate agents in growing their businesses.
KISH: What is your dream and how will accomplishing your dream benefit you and others?
Brandi: Sharing generational wealth with my community and helping others see that it is possible to attain.
KISH: Who or what inspired you to pursue this dream?
Brandi: My son. My husband and I decided to change the narrative. We want our son to talk into wealth, understanding that it is something to be passed down from generation to generation.
KISH: What challenges have you encountered while pursuing your dream?
Brandi: There will be doubters, and you will be misunderstood in the pursuit of dreams. I’ve decided to continue to invest in real estate and be a light to my community.
KISH: Who or what inspired you to keep pushing regardless of the challenges you’ve encountered?
Brandi: My village. My village consists of so many people that love and believe in me.

Brandi: Dreams turn into goals, goals into plans and plans turn into reality when you do the work.
KISH: Tell us about you..
Initially, I got into real estate for my own personal investments. I wanted to understand the process and contract documents. My very first clients were referred by a high school friend, and after assisting them, I fell in love with the process and was a part of such a major life decision.
KISH: What is your dream and how will accomplishing your dream benefit you and others?
Tiffany: Affordable housing is very near and dear to my heart. I was previously employed with the Howard County housing authority as an asset manager. Essentially, my responsibilities included locating and managing the county’s portfolio, ensuring that units were in compliance with fair housing laws and regulations, and ensuring that the condition of the homes was immaculate. As a full-time real estate broker, I sit on several boards and committees to contribute and tackle fair housing issues from a legislative perspective. I aim to be in those rooms to be a voice for the voiceless.
KISH: Who or what inspired you to pursue this dream?
Tiffany: My grandmother. She was one of the first women in my family to be college-educated and own a home. I am where I am because of her.
KISH: What challenges have you encountered while pursuing your dream?
Tiffany: Awareness. Affordable housing is often overlooked, leaving families to fend for themselves.
KISH: Who or what inspired you to keep pushing regardless of the challenges you’ve encountered?
Tiffany: Everyone deserves a place to call home that they can afford. Moreover, affordable housing contributes to significant economic impacts. Affordable housing means decreased homelessness, which means more stability for families.
