K.I.S.H. Magazine Exclusive Interview with Kelly Casey!

KISH: Tell us about you.

I am Kelly Casey and I live in Galway, Ireland which is a very beautiful part of the country.  I am also a personal trainer, fitness instructor, dance teacher, motivational speaker, and very passionate about what I do. I love fitness for my body and love to train my mind through mindset evolution. I own my fitness business which is focused on women to strength their mind and body strengths.


KISH: What is your dream and how will accomplishing your dream benefit you and others?

Kelly: My dream is to touch as many women as possible by showing them what they are capable of and how amazing they truly are inside and out.

KISH: Who or what inspired you to pursue this dream?

Kelly: I was inspired by this dream after I discovered the correlation between mindset and fitness.  I then made it my mission to show people how amazing this way of life really is.


KISH: What challenges have you encountered while pursuing your dream?

Kelly: I lost my studio during the Pandemic and had to re-start my business from the beginning again.  The difference with this re-start is that I had no idea when I could open again and how I could run my business during the Pandemic.  I reminded myself that I started once so I could do it again and better.


KISH: Who or what inspired you to keep pushing regardless of the challenges you’ve encountered?

Kelly: I inspired myself and encouraged others to not do “it” for someone else.  Do it for you.  I kept my confidence in check and made it happen without taking a rest. You should always be your biggest fan and inspiration.


KISH: Please provide final thoughts/advice for others by finishing this sentence… dream.
