KISH: What is your dream and how will accomplishing your dream benefit you and others?

Latoya: My dream is to own the #1 artist development company in the US. My dream is to inspire people through knowledge sharing to live their purpose-filled life confidently; by using the God given gifts they have been trusted with to share and enrich those around them.

My dream is to see more people who are born with talent grow and experience prosperity around the gift they have been given and trusted with – the gift that sparks their light and energy. My dream is to help musically gifted people learn the power of their born entrepreneurial traits and to use them unapologetically.

By accomplishing my dream those I have the honor to experience in my life will hopefully be happier, peaceful, wealthy and more impactful along their life journey.

KISH: Who or what inspired you to pursue this dream?

LaToya: The idea of leaving this earth having not done what I was called and guided to do is what motivates me everyday. I don’t want to come back, when I am out I am out, I want to leave the earth empty.

KISH: What challenges have you encountered while pursuing your dream?

Latoya: I have encountered many challenges throughout my journey toward pursuing my dream.

As the only artist, creative being in my immediate and extended family. It was very hard, because there was not anyone around who understood my dream or vision to use my trusted gifts to help and empower others.

I grew-up in a small city with limited opportunities. There simply was not a support system available, I had to learn as much as I could on my own and implement as much as possible, prior to stepping out on my own as an adult.

As an adult woman, I encountered domestic violence and struggled with depression for 10 years, before I was able to get to the place I am at today – eager to move forward powerfully and purpose-filled!

KISH: Who or what inspired you to keep pushing regardless of the challenges you’ve encountered?

Latoya: The desire to break generational curses and to be the exception to the rules is what keeps pushing me each day. I know there are talented and gifted people in the world hungry for information. A safe place to learn and grow a long-side like-minded indie artist entrepreneurs is important, so they can focus on their musical mission and show up as their best self.

KISH: Please provide final thoughts/advice for others by finishing this sentence… dream.

Latoya: Don’t let anything or anyone take, still or stop you from dreaming BIG. However, don’t just stop at dreaming, but move into action. Show the world what is possible!
