She is the Visionary Author of the Book Anthology – “Empowered to Win” with 5 amazing co-authors sharing their stories. She is the owner of Allison Daniels’ Ministries, LLC; Coaching/Consulting Business; Founder/CEO of the 30 Day Write 2 Finish Now! Book Writing Program & Women Empowered 2 Win Organization, which is geared to Empower and Educate women and teens by motivating, inspiring, and encouraging them to lead with authority, clarity, and confidence. She has been married to her husband Earl for over 19 years and she is the proud mother of two Queens Kristian and Damona. She uses her books, coaching and her mentoring skills as tools to help and assist those who are ready to lead with Authority. Her mission is to Aspire, Dream and Motivate others as she helps to Turn Writers into Successful Published Authors.
KISH: What is your dream and how will accomplishing your dream benefit you and of others.
Allison: Writing has always been something I loved to do. I’ve written hundreds of poems, short stories and over 31 books over the past several years. I’ve dedicated my life to empowering women to live the life they dream about and deserve. My passionate is to empower women to speak their truth, write out their truth and publish your truth. In August, 2019 God placed on my heart that now is the time for me to release the gift that He has placed on me to start my publishing company, AGD Publishing. My heart desires is to teach women and coach women in various stages of their lives that are seeking professional and personal growth through venues that provide motivation, awareness, and mentoring to encourage women to fulfill their call to a God given ministry of discipleship, stewardship and servant leadership via networking, teaching, mentoring, workshops, conference.
KISH: Who or what inspired you to pursue this dream?
Allison: I was inspired by God to pursue my dreams. When I wrote my first book, that’s when I saw how many people were affected by my story of hope, failures, triumphs, and joy. I then knew that this wasn’t about me, it was about the lives that I was going to affect through God’s light shining on me. People have always been drawn to me and I didn’t know why. But, I finally learned to accept it and embrace the leader that I was called to be. From that moment on, I went on a long, deep, and intimate journey with myself and God to uncover who I was and love and embrace it fully. I’m passionate about reaching women and helping them to reach their fullest potential in life. I want to help women “Re-Define their Purpose” according to God’s will for their life and carry out their life’s mission, vision and purpose!
KISH: What challenges have you encountered while pursuing your dream?
Allison: My biggest challenge has been a battle of believing in myself without the permission of others. I had to overcome my doubt. I knew I was destined to greatness and to be a successful entrepreneur but doubt always clouded my judgement. I struggled with the fear of being seen and heard. But, the more I showed up in my ministry, in my calling, in my assignment and in my publishing business, the less my fears appeared. In addition, I began investing in myself and eventually hired a coach to help me become better.
KISH: Who or what inspired you to keep pushing regardless of the challenges you’ve encountered?
Allison: Through my own life journey, I have experienced the significance and importance of seeking God for clarity about my life goals. I have also seen many women struggle with reaching their goals. Struggling for various reasons including fear, poor planning & obstacle hindrances and my purpose is to see women healed, delivered and set free to pursue their purpose in life.
KISH: Please provide final thoughts/advice for others by finishing this sentence… dream.
Allison: My advice to anyone seeking any form of entrepreneurship is always to remain authentic and true to your brand and continue to follow your dreams. Stay passionate about what you want. Trust God, and put in the work. Owning your own business and establishing your a brand takes hard work but the reward is so worth it
